What happens in class
A class for those who want to rediscover movement or come back to dance after years away. We work through different choreographies to beautiful music, with a focus on body development, flexibility, and the quality of movement.
No experience needed. Just show up ready to move.
This Course Is For You If:
You want to rediscover the joy of dance, rebuild flexibility and strength, and move to beautiful music with people who share that love. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to move and grow at your own pace.

Starts September 1 and runs until the Christmas performance. Follows the Finnish school calendar.
